The Samish river is loaded with Kings, and the hot spot is at the mouth. Pretty crowded though, don’t be surprised if you have to fight through the mob as well as your fish.
Lots of early birds to so parking can be hard to find. Once you muscle your way in it will be well worth it. Plenty of fish being caught and more than enough to go around.
