The Samish river is offering up some decent Chinook salmon fishing for those who dare to wade in and fish shoulder to shoulder. Good numbers are being caught but you’ll want to get there bright and early to beat the crowd and be sure to wear eye protection. The fish are pretty colored as well but there are still a few bright ones if you stick with it.
