After the heavy rains last week the Upper Trinity was pretty blown out. From Lewiston to Junction City the Trinity has come back into shape and flowing nice and clear right now. Healthy numbers of new winter fish should arrive any day. There is however another storm system coming in and the river is not likely to hold it’s shape for long. If you’re headed to the Trinity, keep in mind the rock slide in French Gulch has closed Hwy. 299 in both directions for the rest of the week. Good luck and fish on!
