2014 Columbia River Salmon Season is in full swing with the Sockeye season coming to and end at the lower but still opened in the upper Columbia regions and Coho getting ready to open August 31st. Spring and summer Chinook have also pushed up river but the fall run will be coming in hat and heavy soon. See WA fishing regs for details about seasons and closures.
Open to Fishing for Coho and Kings (Area Code 519,521,523, 525) From true north and south line through buoy #10 to Bonneville Dam.
August 1st – December 31st : Daily Limits of 6 Salmon per day with only 2 adult fish allowed. Release all Salmon other than Chinook and hatchery Coho.
Summer and falls Runs can be productive for Kings ans Sockeye, and Fall runs for kings and Coho, Winter runs for Steelhead.
