The fish counts have definitely climbed over Bonnevile dam so now it is time to get on up to the Wind river and Drano Lake. These are among the upper tier chinook fisheries in the area so the fishing should be good. The method of choice is trolling mag wiggle warts, herring, and brads super baits. Also trolling coon shrimp works well also.
