2015 Skagit River Fishing Report:
The Skagit river opens for salmon retention from the mouth to Gilligan creek on 08/01/2015.
Daily limits of 4 fish per day are allowed of which only 2 may be Wild Coho. Release all Chinook and Chum. See WDFW fishing regulations for more details.
