The mouth of the Dickey river is located in the national forest and does not require a state fishing license to fish but anglers will need to adhere to the Federal park fishing regulations.

This fishery generally allows 2 Salmon per day in the National Park and Outside the park 6 but only 2 adults. Steelhead 2 per day.
