Klutina River Fishing:

The Klutina river is part of the Copper river system and originates in the Klutina Glacier of the Chugach Mountain region of Alaska. Draining Lake Klutina and dumping out into the Copper River the Klutina is Approximately 63 Miles in length and home of several Salmonoid Species. Angler from all around hit the Klutina due to the decent Chinook run but is most widely known by locals for the phenominal Sockeye run that spawn the Klutina every year. This fishery generally allows 1 adult King Salmon per day and 5 jacks or 3 Sockeye Salmon per day.

Preferred Tackle:

One single point barbless hooks required. Spinners, Corky and or Hook and Yarn, Jigs under a bobber or Spoons.
