Kanektok River Fishing:
The Kanektok river is approximately 75 Miles in length and originates at lake Pegati and drains out into the Kuskokwim Bay. Renowned for excellent fishing the upper Kanektok river is generally access by float plane at Pegati lake and floated down to the village of Quinhagak. Several species of salmon run the Kenektock rive and there are several fishing camps along the river that offers alngers teh opportunity to fish Kenektock waters.

Salmon run the Kanektok from May till October. Seasons open at different times for different species thoughout the year.
