2017 Columbia River Fishing Report:

 

Even after the water has dropped down to trolling conditions, it still seems to be an anchor and fish show. This is largely because you still can’t go slow enough for a good presentation. Find a good slow current break in 14ft or less of water. The colors seem to be green/blue/pink. I would suggest that u change your baits often when on an anchor.
