The Samish river in Skagit county opens to salmon retention from mouth (Bayview-Edison Rd.) to I-5 Bridge today August 1, 2016. through November 30th 2016.
Minimum. size 12″. Daily limit 2. Only fish hooked inside the mouth may be retained. Release wild COHO.
