Reports have come in that the Coho are already showing in numbers at the Quilcene river. This years season opener should offer some great opportunities to catch high quality Coho. These fish are bright hard fighting fish and there will be plenty to go around. Expect to see a crowd on opening day. With all the closures this year, the Quilcene is sure to be packed with eager anglers. Bring your combat fishing gear and as always, when fishing the Quilcene eye protection is recommended.
Anglers will be allowed to keep 4 coho per day. Fish must be hooked inside the mouth to retain, minimum size 12″
