2015 Skagit River Fishing Report: Steelhead are starting to show on the Skagit river. The hatchery on the upper Skagit is reporting that a few are showing up and within the next month or so should start to arrive in numbers. Our Skagit river Steelhead fishing forecast for the Skagit river is Good to Great.
