2015 Columbia River Fishing Report

 

Columbia River – Fishing regulation area (519) from Buoy 10 to buoy 44.

Rule Change: Salmon retention as of August 1st to September 7th.
Daily limits of 6 fish per day with 2 adults salmon or hatchery steelhead or one of each allowed. Only one Chinook may be retained. See regs for emergency closures.

 


 

Areas (521,523) from Rockey Point to I-5 Bridge. 

Rule Change: Salmon retention as of August 1st to September 30th.  Daily limits of 6 fish per day with 2 adults salmon or hatchery steelhead or one of each allowed. Only one Chinook may be retained. See regs for emergency closures.

 


 

Area (525) from I-5 Bridge to Bonneville Dam.

Rule Change: Salmon retention as of August 1st to September 30th.  Daily limits of 6 fish per day with 2 adults salmon or hatchery steelhead or one of each allowed. Only one Chinook may be retained. See regs for emergency closures.

 


 

Area (527) from Bonneville to Dallas Dam. 

Rule Change: Salmon retention as of August 1st to September 30th.  Daily limits of 6 fish per day Up to 3 adults may be retained of which no more than 2 may be COHO or hatchery STEELHEAD or 1 of each. Release all SALMON other than CHINOOK and COHO. Release
wild COHO from Bonneville Dam to Hood River Bridge.

 


Area (529,531) from Dallas Dam to McNeary Dam. 

Rule Change: Salmon retention as of August 1st to September 30th.  Daily limits of 6 fish per day Up to 3 adults may be retained of which no more than 2 may be COHO or hatchery STEELHEAD or 1 of each. Release all SALMON other than CHINOOK and COHO. Release
wild COHO from Bonneville Dam to Hood River Bridge.

 


Area (533) from McNeary Dam to HWY 395 Bridge. 

Rule Change: Salmon retention as of August 1st to September 30th.  Daily limits of 6 fish per day Up to 3 adults may be retained of which no more than 2 may be COHO or hatchery STEELHEAD or 1 of each. Release all SALMON other than CHINOOK and COHO. Release
wild COHO from Bonneville Dam to Hood River Bridge.
